When Anton Zhouk first moved to Australia in 1998, he soon settled down in Hawthorn and quickly fell in love with the area. A pocket of Inner East Melbourne known for its leafy streets, grand heritage listed houses, and bustling retail strips, there’s a distinct look and feel to its suburbs that make them perennially desirable and iconically Melbourne.

Anton’s formidable work ethic, passion for exceptional results and love of his suburb led him to start his own agency at a young age. But going it alone is bound to set up an immediate challenge — how to stand out from the crowd?

We collaborated exclusively with LBD Studios on this highly bespoke, highly Melbourne brand. When they presented us with the identity for Anton’s new agency, we realised that simplicity, elegance, and quiet confidence would need to greet the viewer from their first click.

With a portfolio of Federation style residential properties that say much about the brand in themselves, we made sure the agency’s wide, clean property photography took centre stage. Layouts are spacious, clean and minimal in order not to take away from the stunning and iconic Melbourne homes.
