Warlimont & Nutt have lived and breathed Mount Martha real estate for decades. Already highly regarded for their client care, community initiatives and excellent rental management, W&N’s success is down to a friendly, passionate team of down to earth locals. And like many parts of regional Australia, the last two years have seen an unprecedented boom in business as city dwellers make their sea change. The time was right to ensure Warlimont & Nutt’s website could meet their gains in traction, and convey the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula to potential customers.

Solution

Warlimont & Nutt’s long standing reputation and scenic coastal location allowed us to create their website a little differently. Opting for new typefaces, more colour, a spacious layout and distinctly leisurely feel, we wanted a digital destination that looked and felt like it truly belonged to a beloved Victorian coastal getaway. While the results retain Warlimont & Nutt’s 70 years of tradition and heritage, they’re also easy to scroll through and simple to navigate, ensuring that the brand rises to meet a digital world while making the user feel as though they’re getting away from one.

Warlimont & Nutt saw great traction on their brand as a result of their website redesign. Their Instagram audience shot up by 25%, their newsletter subscribers tripled, and enquiries from potential vendors doubled in the three months after launch.
