A contemporary rebrand for these homegrown experts of the Shipwreck Coast.

Challenge

Warrnambool locals Danny Harris and Matthew Wood felt the time was ripe for their agency to sit atop their town’s burgeoning real estate scene. Their brand was missing a sense of modern prestige and authority, while their website lacked the functionality and simplicity required for higher conversion rates and customer ease of use. It was left to us to establish a brand presence that retained Harris & Wood’s homegrown values, while also implementing the contemporary sophistication customers now expect from Australian real estate.

Solution

We created a brand identity around three key conversation takeaways: smart, simple, and confident. We employed a considered, contemporary icon and typeface, minimal colour, and highly user friendly visual style. Customers of Harris + Wood required visuals that matched the agency’s transparent, trustworthy approach.

Meanwhile, the website now contains a simplified search, consolidated menu, light/dark mode, and key branded componentry to make Harris & Wood’s digital experience smoother, faster, and easier. In the days after launch, the agency saw their engagement rate increase by more than 101%.
